Using this site, washing at a Jilly's, or joining the Unlimited Club means you're agreeing to what's below. If any of it doesn't sit right with you, please don't use the service.
A membership covers unlimited washes at the level you picked, at any Jilly's location, for one vehicle. You can wash as often as twice a day.
One plan, one vehicle. Your plan is tied to the license plate you register, and the camera at the entrance is what lets you in. Get a different car and you can update the plate in your account. Memberships can't be transferred, shared between vehicles, or split between drivers. Running a second car through on one plan is grounds for us to cancel the membership.
Billing. Plans bill monthly on the date you signed up and renew on their own until you cancel. No contract, no cancellation fee.
Cancelling. Cancel anytime from your account at jaxunlimitedclub.com/club. To skip the next charge, cancel at least five days before your renewal date. Cancel inside that window and the coming month still bills, and your washes stay good through the end of it. We don't prorate partial months or refund time you didn't use.
Price changes. We'll give notice before a monthly price moves. Staying on the plan after that means the new price works for you.
Prices listed on this site are for cars and don't include tax; tax is added at the register on both single washes and Unlimited Club plans. Single-wash prices run a dollar higher at our Waukesha location. Oversized vehicles may cost more, and some won't fit the tunnel. We can't wash dually trucks at all, and for safety we turn away any vehicle carrying a bike rack, ladder rack, or similar aftermarket add-on.
Gift cards are available at jaxunlimitedclub.com/store. They aren't redeemable for cash, and we can't replace one that's lost or stolen. Prices, wash packages, and hours can change whenever we need them to.
Our tunnels run soft cloth. Every location except Elm Grove uses a belt conveyor, so there are no rollers grabbing your wheels; Elm Grove runs a chain conveyor. It's gentle equipment either way. Even so, no automatic wash is right for every vehicle, and you know your car better than our machinery does. Please don't send it through if it has:
Before you pull in: fold the mirrors, retract the antenna, close the windows and sunroof, and shift into neutral when the attendant says so. Follow the attendant's directions and the signs posted in the lane. You're driving your own vehicle onto our property and you're responsible for it and everything inside it.
We aren't responsible for damage to vehicles in the conditions listed above, for damage that was already there, or for items left in the car. If something does go wrong, tell an attendant before you leave the property so a manager can look at the vehicle while it's still here. Once you've driven off, it gets much harder for anyone to sort out what happened.
Detailing is done by hand at our Brookfield detail center. The form on the detailing page sends a request, not a confirmed appointment — we'll call you to schedule. Listed prices are for cars; larger vehicles and heavily soiled interiors can run higher. If you need to cancel, a day's notice lets us fill the slot.
We review fundraiser requests one at a time and can't say yes to every one. Events need to be in Waukesha County or Wauwatosa, and requests should reach us at least three weeks before the donation is needed. Approval isn't guaranteed. Whatever we do donate comes with the terms we put in writing when we approve it.
The Jilly's name, the logo, and the material on this site belong to us or to the people we license them from. Read it, link to it, send it to a friend. Don't copy it for your own commercial use.
We work to keep prices, hours, and location details accurate, but things change and mistakes get made. Nothing here guarantees that a given price, package, or set of hours is available on a given day. Call the location if it matters.
Some pages link out to other companies, including our membership platform, Google Maps, and our social accounts. What happens on those sites is between you and them.
We may update these terms, and the date at the top says when we last did. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, and any dispute belongs in the state or federal courts serving Waukesha County, Wisconsin.
