What's included with every wash?
Every Jilly's wash comes with free self-serve vacuums, air blowers, towels, and window & carpet cleaner — at every location, no extra charge.
Are your washes safe for my car's finish?
Yes. We use soft-cloth express washing that is gentle on your paint while still cutting through Wisconsin road grime. Every location except Elm Grove runs a belt conveyor with no rollers or metal edges; Elm Grove uses a chain conveyor.
Do I need an appointment for a wash?
No — washes are drive-through, so just pull up any time we're open. Only detailing, at our Brookfield location, is by appointment.
What are your hours?
Most locations are open Monday–Saturday 7am–8pm and Sunday 8am–6pm (Muskego closes at 7pm), weather permitting. See exact hours on your location's page.
How much does a wash cost?
Single washes range from $11 (Basic) to $24 (The Everything), or wash all month with an Unlimited Club plan from $25.99. See the full wash menu.
Are prices the same at every location?
Unlimited Club prices are the same at all ten locations. Single-wash prices are the same everywhere except Waukesha, where they're $1 higher.
Do you offer detailing?
Yes — full-service interior and exterior auto detailing is available by appointment at our Brookfield location, with packages and à-la-carte services.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes. Jilly's gift cards can be purchased online and used for washes at any location.

How does the Unlimited Club work?
For one monthly price you can wash as often as you like — up to twice a day — at any Milwaukee-area Jilly's. Your membership is tied to your license plate, so you just drive in. See plans →
How do the license-plate readers work?
A camera at the entrance reads your license plate and automatically opens the gate for members. No sticker, no code, no app to fumble with.
Can I use my membership at any location?
Yes — your Unlimited Club membership works at all ten Milwaukee-area Jilly's locations.
Is there a contract?
No — the Unlimited Club is contract-free. You can cancel online anytime.
How do I cancel my membership?
You can manage or cancel your plan anytime from your online account. To avoid being billed for the next cycle, cancel at least 5 days before your renewal date.
Can I wash more than one vehicle on my plan?
Each plan covers one vehicle. To cover additional vehicles, add a plan for each in your account.
Do members get any other perks?
Members get free self-serve vacuums and faster member lanes, and every plan works at all ten Milwaukee-area locations.
