Jilly's Car Wash runs ten car washes around Milwaukee. This page covers what we collect when you use jillyscarwash.com or wash with us, and what happens to it after that.
When you fill out a form on this site, we get whatever you type into it. The contact form asks for your name and email, plus your phone number and license plate if you want to include them. The detailing request adds your vehicle and the dates you'd like. The fundraising request asks about your organization, including a tax ID.
Joining the Unlimited Club happens over on jaxunlimitedclub.com, which is run by our sister company, Jax Kar Wash. Your account, your payment card, and your billing history live there rather than here, and their privacy policy governs that side of it.
Every Jilly's lane has a camera that reads license plates. That's how members get through the gate with no sticker, no code, and no app. We keep your plate number attached to your membership so the reader knows to open up. Our properties also have security cameras, the way most businesses do.
We use Vercel Speed Insights to watch how fast pages load. It reports things like the page path, browser type, and a rough location. It sets no cookies and doesn't follow you around other websites. There are no advertising pixels here, and our fonts load from our own server instead of Google's.
The locations map is built with Leaflet on map tiles from CARTO, and several pages link out to Google Maps. When a map draws or you click through, those companies can see your IP address. Our Facebook and Instagram links work the same way.
Form submissions travel through Formspree, which delivers them to our inbox. The site itself is hosted on Vercel. Membership information is shared with Jax Kar Wash because they operate the Unlimited Club platform and handle the billing. Past that, we hand information over only when the law makes us.
We don't sell your personal information. We don't rent it out or trade it onto marketing lists either.
Our forms include a box you check if you're fine with us texting you back about your question. That's your call to make, and replying STOP ends it. Message and data rates from your carrier still apply.
Email info@jillyscarwash.com and we'll tell you what we have on file, fix it, or delete it. Worth knowing: deleting everything usually means closing your membership, since the plate on file is the thing that opens the gate.
To cancel a plan or swap a card, log in at jaxunlimitedclub.com/club. Marketing emails carry an unsubscribe link at the bottom, though unsubscribing won't stop billing receipts or account notices.
This site isn't built for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect anything from them.
Customer information sits on systems protected by passwords and limited access, and card numbers never touch our own servers. No system anywhere is airtight, so we can't promise a breach is impossible.
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Anything significant gets a notice on the site.
